Woodbine Campground

Shaded Woodbine Campground is remotely located on the banks of the trout-laden Stillwater River adjacent to the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness which can be accessed by the nearby Stillwater Trail on foot or by horseback. The Woodbine Falls Trail (1.5 mile round trip) begins in the campground and ends at an impressive cascade. A variety of wildlife, including grizzly bears, deer, eagles and elk, make their home in the surrounding area. Rocky granite tanks teem with tadpoles above the camp for a rugged “off-trail” adventure. The campground is about three hours from Yellowstone National Park via the Beartooth Highway, “the most beautiful drive in America.”
